The Balsamic Raspberry Vinegar is produced from fresh sun ripened berries, fermented, macerated like for the production of wine and aged in vats for years. We do not use any flavour enhancers, couloring, chemical additives, molasses or caramelizes sugars in the balsamic vinegars, we rather like to stay the \'natural way!The vinegar has a clear appearance, natural colour and without any fruit particles in the bottle and is therefore to be used in sprayers and for professional cooking. The vinegar has that typical balsamic sweet and sour taste and the acidity is 6%.The oldest raspberry vinegar has been aged in wooden barrels over 8 years and won the award "Best New Product of South Africa" in 2006.
